"The driver was not at the arrival area. He stated that when he arrived he tried to contact us unsuccessfully. However, while waiting I received other phone calls so my mobile was functioning.
In the end, only calling the company we managed to agree were to see with their driver outside the airport terminal. This inconvenient caused a 50-min delay."
